I have been fortunate enough to be a part of the landscape industry for 21 years. First, as CEO of the nation’s then largest ESOP and more recently, as the owner-operator of one of San Diego’s largest privately-held, landscape companies, LandGraphics. One thing in common over all those years, is our management team’s unwavering focus on taking care of our team and fostering an employee-first culture.As I neared the end of my career, it was important to me to place our team with a company that had a like-minded culture.
