After graduating from Virginia Tech and beginning his career in the wholesale nursery business, he transitioned into Landscape Management working for some of the most innovative and fastest growing companies in the Industry. Having managed landscape teams of up 3,000 employees and $400M in revenue, Josh’s strong industry experience uniquely positions him to lead Osprey Landscape Group organically and through Mergers and Acquisitions.
Mike Dudiak
CFOFor the past 23 years, Mike has been a financial leader across various industries. With an MBA in Finance from Northern Illinois University, he's held CFO positions at global companies with revenues up to $700M. Mike's extensive experience uniquely positions him to drive financial strategy and operational excellence. His track record includes delivering significant financial performance improvements, building high-performing teams, and developing and executing strategic plans.
Darlene McConville
VP of Human ResourcesDarlene is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment where people can grow, thrive, and contribute to the company's success. She is a seasoned HR leader who drives strategic and operational HR solutions that align with the business objectives and values of Osprey Landscape Group, a growing company that focuses on taking care of people, growing opportunities, and delivering industry leading services. As the Vice President Human Resources, she oversees all aspects of the HR function, including coaching and developing high-performance teams, succession planning, compliance, talent acquisition, and change management. She builds trusting and collaborative relationships with all levels of the organization, from frontline employees to senior leaders, and provide them with guidance, support, and feedback.
Frank Corzine
VP of Business DevelopmentWith over three decades of landscape industry experience across Development, Maintenance, Administration and Sales, Frank brings a very balanced perspective to growing the business. With his strong operational background, he understands what our customers need and works with our teams to provide meaningful solutions and grow solid partnerships.
Josh “JP” Park
Vice President of Corporate DevelopmentFor more than 15 years, Joshua Park has led growth, transformation, and value creation across retail, manufacturing, and MedTech organizations. After earning his undergraduate degree in International Business Strategy and later completing his MBA at the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business, Joshua built a career at the intersection of operations, corporate strategy, and mergers and acquisitions.
Having served in senior leadership roles at companies such as TruckPro, Stryker, and Reddy Ice, Joshua has led complex M&A strategies, negotiated and closed dozens of acquisitions and strategic partnerships, and overseen integrations spanning thousands of employees and multi-billion-dollar revenue portfolios. His experience managing enterprise-level growth initiatives, executing creative deal structures, and driving operational excellence uniquely positions him to lead organizations through both organic expansion and strategic mergers and acquisitions.
Logan Lopes

Known for delivering results, he excels at identifying growth opportunities, managing projects, and driving cross-functional collaboration. Logan believes success is rooted in fostering healthy relationships with owners and operators, creating trust, and aligning teams and stakeholders. Passionate about creating value, he thrives at the intersection of analysis, vision, and action.
Heb James
PartnerHeb joined Southfield in March 2008. Heb has worked with lower middle market companies his entire career. Prior to joining Southfield, he was an Associate in the Investment Banking Group at Oppenheimer & Co. At Oppenheimer, Heb provided deal origination, structuring and execution support on several capital markets and financial advisory transactions for small-cap and emerging-growth companies. Prior to Oppenheimer, he was an Associate with Growth Capital Partners, a boutique middle market investment bank focused on mergers and acquisitions and private placements. Heb is active in all facets of the firm from deal sourcing to providing strategic and operational guidance to Southfield’s portfolio companies.
Heb is currently on the board of directors of Alba Wheels Up and The Kelvin Group and previously served on the board of directors of Ntiva. Heb received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Emory University. He is also a CFA charterholder and a member of the New York Society of Investment Analysts.
Bob Grover
Founder and Chariman, Pacific Landscape ManagementBob graduated from Oregon State University in 1983. After 17 years working for working in the industry, Bob started Pacific Landscape Management in 2001. Bob is Landscape Industry Certified and a firm believer in the value of community and industry association membership and involvement. He is past president of the Oregon Landscape Contractors Association and former chair of the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce, and is the outgoing president of National Association of Landscape Professionals.
Elias Godinez
Vice President of Operations, Pacific Landscape ManagementElias Godinez began his career in the landscape industry in 1991 working in Field Operations and later moving into a Company Trainer role focused on field management and safety training. In 2001 became co-founder of Pacific Landscape Management in the PNW where he has continued to focus on personnel development. He is a Landscape Industry Certified Technician (NALP) and has been a speaker at local and national Landscape Industry Conferences.
Adam Flint
Oregon Market Vice President - Pacific Landscape MaintenanceAdam Flint has more than three decades of experience in the commercial landscape industry, with a strong foundation in operations, horticulture, and leadership. He has been with Pacific Landscape Management since 2016 and in the industry since 1995. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture from Oregon State University, is a Landscape Industry Certified Business Manager through the National Association of Landscape Professionals and serves on NALP’s Government Affairs Committee.
Tom DiMeco
Market Vice President, Washington - PacscapeTom DiMeco, MBA has almost 30 years experience as an owner and executive in the landscape industry. As a senior executive with an extensive range of cross-functional skills Tom has shown a demonstrated track record of driving breakthrough revenue improvement and successful corporate sales/exit events for multiple multi-site landscape companies in the $10M-35M range.
Chris Lee
Texas Market President - EarthworksChris Lee brings over 27 years of green industry experience to his role as President and CEO of EarthWorks. Starting his career pushing a mower in his first landscape job, Chris recognized early on the unlimited potential within the green industry and has built his career on that foundation. He has since turned EarthWorks from a local family business into a multi-million dollar company and now leads one of the region's most trusted commercial landscape teams.
Chris holds TDA Chemical Applicator and TCEQ Irrigator licenses and has earned credentials from the TCC School of Horticulture and Florida State University's Financial Planning program. He is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.
Chris currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) and is a frequent contributor to leading industry publications. His leadership approach blends practical, hands-on experience with forward-thinking strategy, always focused on making people happy—and that shows in delivering quality outcomes for clients, communities, and teams.
