Elias Godinez began his career in the landscape industry in 1991 working in Field Operations and later moving into a Company Trainer role focused on field management and safety training.  In 2001 became co-founder of Pacific Landscape Management in the PNW where he has continued to focus on personnel development. He is a Landscape Industry Certified Technician (NALP) and has been a speaker at local and national Landscape Industry Conferences.
