For more than 15 years, Joshua Park has led growth, transformation, and value creation across retail, manufacturing, and MedTech organizations. After earning his undergraduate degree in International Business Strategy and later completing his MBA at the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business, Joshua built a career at the intersection of operations, corporate strategy, and mergers and acquisitions.

Having served in senior leadership roles at companies such as TruckPro, Stryker, and Reddy Ice, Joshua has led complex M&A strategies, negotiated and closed dozens of acquisitions and strategic partnerships, and overseen integrations spanning thousands of employees and multi-billion-dollar revenue portfolios. His experience managing enterprise-level growth initiatives, executing creative deal structures, and driving operational excellence uniquely positions him to lead organizations through both organic expansion and strategic mergers and acquisitions.
